Nicolette Hayes
Design Director
Nicolette works as the design director at Stamen. She has a master’s degree in Communication Design from Pratt Institute and loves to explore the intersection of beauty and logic. Born and bred in the Bay Area, Nicolette has dabbled in fashion, film, writing and culinary exploits of all sorts. Her fascination with the entire world led her to study Geography at UC Berkeley and jumpstarted a love affair with globetrotting and language. Fast Company called her “a unicorn of the modern knowledge economy,” and a passion for maps and compelling content makes her feel right at home at Stamen Design.
