Link Logistics approached Stamen to lead a redesign and redevelopment effort to improve their use of maps in guided rental property tours across the United States. Each tour includes a printed tour book, comprised of information about the tour’s market and Link’s property portfolio within that market. Ideally, tour books equip potential customers with information about how and where they should invest within a market.

Stamen worked closely with Link’s creative team to adhere to their brand guidelines and make maps feel more seamlessly integrated into their offering. In addition to redesigning existing basemaps for Link, Stamen developed new maps to showcase otherwise hard-to-see trends across markets.
