We can’t promise you’ll get a watercolor map like this one painted on your face, but…

We welcomed our friend Santiago Ortiz to San Francisco with a happy hour at Stamen HQ last Friday, and this is what happened. If you like what you see, we want YOU to join the dataviz community! One way to get started is with our geospatial data visualization classes, starting this Sunday. I can’t promise you’ll leave with a map painted on your face, like Ian did, but I can promise you’ll leave with a renewed appreciation for what goes into making geospatial visualizations on the web, which is almost as good!
